House has been empty for over 10 years since occupant died and out buildings are severely dilapidated. Brother lives up the road in Chartridge Lane but refuses to anything apart from occasinally raid the premises for car parts. House was formerly the dwelling to a duck farm.

I think this house is 138 Chartridge Lane but not 100% certain as no numbers visible due to the 8' high undergrowth growing in front.

Property is derelict and has been empty for many years. We have written to the owner and discussed ways of returning this property to use.
