This property is owned by a chap living in Haringey. I have met with members of his family in the past at the property and have recently written to the owner with no response.

I would ask the same question? I actually had another property in mind that I've seen going to ruin in greenwich and seeing if I could contact the owner to potentially buy it would be an option. No idea how to go about it though..
