Thanks for the tip Michael. This pair were owned by John Fox Autos and now form part of the whole plot which is for sale by Hargreaves. I can't ask much more of an owner if they are actively marketing

A new car company seems to have taken residence at the site next door. Hopefully they will take action with the properties.
You are right Michael. I hadn't realised Speeds Volvo dealership has now taken over the site. I've re checked the Land Registry and perturbingly the houses are both still owned by John Fox, who also has a bankruptcy notice against him. I'll write to him to see what's going on. If he is bankrupt then the recievers will include these houses in his assets
