This property is owned by a landlord. Over two years ago he had to evict the tennents. They caused a great deal of damage internally and in the rear garden the fence and shed have been broken into.

A member of the vacant home management team contacted me very quickly to update me on the situation. He had already been to assess the state of the property, he had contacted a colleague in Environmental Health to get the waste removed and asked me to update him as to whether it had been done by 25th May (which it has not been). He has also been in contact with the owner of the property and is working with him to get the property back up to standard and in use.
