This flat has been empty since I bought the adjacent flat some 4 years ago. its not let, neither the owner lives there. its part of a 3 flat conversion house.

I have notified you that the flat in question is still unocupied, and has been like that since I bought flat 1 some 4 years ago. nobody maintains it, and myself and the owner of upstairs flat have to pay for all the charges related to this flat. ie hall way electricity bill,accountant fees,company house fees etc etc.
