Former nightclub with a residential flat above- now appears unused. Was up for sale but signs have all now gone - 44 south croft
This property has been empty for more than 3 years. Three planning applications have been submitted, two of which have been approved. The house has been completely gutted inside and part of the property has been demolished ie the back kitchen extension. It has now become an eyesore with the gardens full of weeds and some of the guttering in danger of falling down. The boundary fences are also in poor condition. - Derelic house
This house has been unoccupied for a number of years and is now completely "trashed" it has been drawn to the attention of the local authority over time without any progress. it is a source of vandalism and arson in the past. the city council seem to be draging their feet and doing little to bring this substantial property back into use - Shops with flats
