  Detached house stood empty to our knowledge 20 years or more

  Property derelict for over 10 years. Roof and guttering is collapsing. Now almost unable to see this semi detached bungalow through all the overgrowth, which is 8ft tall in places and covering whole front garden. For last few years temporary mesh fencing has sealed the property off but no action on it for a while.

  Empty for approx 20yrs.boarded up since Jan 2003.garden front and rear are overgrown,with a family of foxes living in the rear garden.sighting of rats recently.my property is devalued because of the risk of fire,squatters and the general air of neglect.Many of these bungalows are occupied by the older generation.
