  A small flat that has been empty for years. Address: "Who Knows", Vivian Place, Mousehole, TR19 6XD. (two doors up from the British Legion club) btw: the above map is very unhelpful and appears inaccurate.

  Property has been empty for approximately 5 years. Occasionally different cars are parked in the drive however the house is never occupied. The windows are borded up and neighbours feel it is a security issue.

Problems Vermin(Rats), overgrown hedges, wall covered with creepers inside as well as out.boarded up windows and doors,interferes with light due to unkept garden trees encroaching on my property.Smells due to decaying fabric. dangerous trees/roots. possible interference with drains The owners are known.Mr Sayer and has been told of the problems but no action taken. Cornwall council informed but situation unchanged.

  3 bedroom property has been left empty since 2006. The owner purchased the property as it is adjoined to his own land.

  Number 56-58 Killigrew Street, Falmouth, Cornwall (plus the building adjacent that used to be an Indian Takeaway is also empty. One building, two houses, been empty for over 2 years now. Windows smashed, boarded up, squatters frequently seen entering property. Gardens overgrown, generally a real eye sore. Police have advised that owners are not interested in addressing the situation. Great potential to turn into town centre flats.
• Derelict cottage
  Opposite shop are a row of cottages. End one is very run down. Window panes peeling, garden very overgrown. I think it has been like this for years. If you can call me I would like to know what you can find out. Thanks

  Chy an Garek, Sunny Corner, Coverack, Cornwall TR12 Semi detached house adjoining Graham House. Very tatty looking and windows broken/ceiling down in lower floor. Hole in front door. Been like this for over 5 years.

  Been empty for years with brambles growing up to the windows
• House in Saltash
  187 Callington Road, Saltash. This house has been empty for maybe a year now. The owner died and her relative has sold it on. We have no idea what is going to happen to it next. Meanwhile the land at the back which belongs with the house has been used as a place for people to dump their old furnishings in. The lane is being used for dog fouling (which I have reported separately today). The house next to that is also empty and so this section of our street is starting to look neglected. Help please. Old returned to use

• Norris Green Cottage
  Run down house with missing windows, unpleasant to look at and live next to. Is giving us damp problems where the house meets. (terraced property) We have lived here since 1998 and the owners have been seen for a couple of days in early 2000's and and a couple of weeks shortly after 2005. They have recently been in the property from Oct 2008 to July 2009 saying that they are going to do the house up but have since disappeared again.
