This house was reported a year or two ago and although some work was undertaken to make the house more acceptable to be lived in, it still remains empty; it has been empty for six or seven years. The improvements that had been made looked lovely; unfortunately much of the house is now boarded up again and is starting to look like an eyesore, bringing down the overall area. The front and away garden is once again overgrown with weeds and rubbish. The communal footpath between this property and the next is impossible to use for all the overgrown weeds and stinging nettles.

This house needs a bit of work but i'm sure it would be livable in - certainly compared to being out on the streets

This house has now been empty for 5 years. Previously owned by an elderly gentleman, the house is in desperate need of repair and modernisation. Very little work has been done since the house was bought five years ago after the elderly gentleman passed away. The overgrown garden has become subject to fly tipping over the years. The house and garden is a complete eyesore in general and is bringing down the whole area. It has become a very dangerous playground for local children.
