Number 2, Kempton Grove has been left empty since October 2008. The fence between number 2 (which on the deeds shows as their responsibility) and our house (number 4) is completely broken and falling into our conservatory. We have tied it up but that's only a temporary fix. There is also a tree growing very near to this broken fence which we fear may uproot our patio and cause damage to the concrete base for our conservatory. This property had previously been marketed for rental by Andrews Estate Agents in Bath Road, Cheltenham, so we had reported this to them, however this property does not appear to be on their books any longer, and we have no way of contacting the owner.
