The kitchens have not been operational for 3+ years and have been stood empty for approximately 2 years. Similarly either 25 or 27 Old Hall Road is also empty, this has been empty for a longer period, i believe it was bought with the intention to carry out some works and then let out, the works are in a state of abandonment, the front room floor has been removed and so showing the basement below. The area is a quiet and residential there are a number of families living locally and a community feel to the area, the empty properties really are a shame.
